Eric Lofgren, shall be disbarred for his incompetency and the lack of knowledge of the law.  
 
His ability to perform such tasks, that even  to the prudent mind can see, is out of scope and clearly hindering his clients due process rights. 
 
The Public Defenders of Fresno County shall be appalled to allow such an attorney to capriciously disregard indigent parties constitutional rights, whom he seeks assistance for an unlawful arrest that is back by evidence of reason doubt not this so called preponderance.  
 
The County of Fresno blatantly created a  financial hardship for the Public Defenders Office and has no interest in assisting the indigent citizens of its jurisdiction, knowing to the prudent mind that the indigent parties are criminal targeted because they don't have a chance in hell to fight the mass corrupted officials whom make such decisions. 
 
It is when the time comes for the Public Defenders to stop playing along with the system and strike back. You are the legs to this corrupted organization and yet you are carelessly adapting to violate your own people without even discovering facts to this so called evidence.
