I ordered a rv dometic ndr 1292 cooling coil, paid $800.00 by credit card, now I get no answer by phone or email 

I do not have the coil. I can't use my motorhome , because I have the refrigerator out waiting for the part ordered over two weeks ago.

RV Fridge House Sent check which cleared on Jan. 4th for 710.00 for a fridge unit, never recetved the unit. placed a call and the response was I have been out on the road for a few weeks I will check on it andget back to you. called one other time prior said it was shipped out. Plumerville Arkansas
