ELECTRONIC MERCHANT SYSTEMS, JONATHAN VACA FROM IN SLC,UT RIPOFF FOR CREDIT CARD SERVICES SALT LAKE CITY Utah

Electronic Merchant Systems has been charging me outreagos amounts of $$ everymonth for monthly fees according to this guy that we always have spoken to his name is Jonathan Vaca, but this amonts dont match the amounts on the statements that I get from this comp, and the problem is that we only get a statement like once every 4 or 5 months, our Restaurant is a family bussines and the problem was that my husband's sister was in charge of all the accounting but now she's pregnant and my husband and I took over all of the finances and that's when I started noticing all of this, they debited our checking account for the amount of $937.04 but there wasn't enough $$ it was the beggining of the month and we had just paid all of our employees and had paid all of the other Restaurant bills like Rent,utilities etc,etc anyways I think the bank didn't pay them this amount because we didn't have enough, so the comp (Electronic Merch Systems) put a hold on my account and it's been a week now that they have not deposited any $$ to our account so I called them and spoke to this Jonathan guy and he told me that the his Company had placed a hold on our account because we they weren't able to pull the $937.04 but it's been a week and according to our records we have sold almost $4,000 in CC's and they still have our account on hold and they never called me to notify me of this hold wich caused me a bunch of bounce checks and NSF fees from my bank plus they never told us about a "MONTHLY FEE" I mean besides the transaction fees and he said that this FEE that they varies everymonth anyways I don't know what to do because they wont do any deposits to our account and I don't understand why they don't just take their (937.04) and deposit everything else wich is about $3,000 I would like someone's advice on what to do.
