I am another victom of frontierpharmacies.com I was looking for a cheaper way to purchase my monthly perscription and came accross frontierpharmacies.com Their prices were wonderful so I decided to order from them.

I was at work and had a little extra time to place my order. I input all my info, my doctors name and phone number and my credit card info, I tried to submit my order and a error page came up telling me to try again later.

That afternoon when I got home I did a search for the site so I could try to place my order again....and what I found was everyone's rip off reports! The same thing with the error page has happened to so many other people. I was scared when I found out all the money this company has stolen from people.

I called and cancelled my credit card immediatly. I have advised my bank of what is going on and I am signing a affidavit in the morning. This just happened on Thursday and a $19.95 charge was already taken from my account by the time I found out about this Thursday evening.

I printed a page from their web site that states the "non-refundable charge" is $9.95 not $19.95 and that if you place a order you will be contacted by them. I have not been contacted by them and not received any email from them.

I did give all the info they requested and my complete doctors name and phone number. I contacted my doctor and he or anyone in his office has been contacted.

Also this company keeps trying to explain that they do not have monthly subscription or reoccuring charges but I also have a print out of the "small print" stating that there is.

I have also filled a police report with my local sheriff dept. and am in the process of contacting the state of Florida federal trade comm. I will try to keep everyone updated. Below I have attached a copy of their contact info from their site and a copy of the "trial period subscription" that is in small print when you place a order. By the way they charge you under lsm5-us.pay.com

just yesterday I called the number listed above. I had no issue. This morning I attempted to call again to check on the order placed, and now the number is no longer in service. It happend that fast. Like I said I know poeple who have had no problems ordering. Maybe all the negative publicity compiled with thier slow response to request caused them to fold. Maybe I was wrong.

Just follow the directions after calling this customer service line. (877)434-3291 I've recently placed an order with frontierpharmacies.com and they do charge your card immidiately. I have relatives that have used these folks in the past with no problem. They do research your order through your PCP. Anyway, Give this number a shot. I was able to get through on the first try. Also for those who have not recieved your meds, you may want to do a little research on your state and its governing laws allowing the recipt of online pharmacies. I do not know which states are applicable but there are a few that do not allow this type of transaction.
