FRSTeam Lori Sanmiguel First Team Fraud and Theft Phoenix Arizona

This company was hired by my insurance company to restore some of my families clothes and furniture, as well as other textiles after an unfortunate event in my home. 

When it was time to get my belongings back, I had discovered that there was items that were missing and were not returned. I had given a call to the president of the company and was told that all my items were returned to me, as in arguing with me about my belongings. I double checked to see if I may have been wrong, yet thse items were still missing. I was missing a pair of boots and afur coat. These were both expensive items and I have still not seen them. I beleive that they were stolen for peronal use. 

i continued to do some due diligence, and had found out that I am not the first person that has been stolen from in this company. Some others have had expensive items stolen as well. 

The items that were so graciously returned, smelled like mildew. All my clothing smelled like mildew to the point of wanting to get rid of them. My belongings from my home smelled so badly that febreeze would not even work. I had also done due diligence and come to find out that their dry cleaning service has left many people with mildew smelling clothes. 

The service is terrible, and the theft is beyond how any buiness or person should handle anything in life. I warn everyone, including insurance companies to not do business with this place.
