I went to an interview today for a Managment Position posted on craigslist. When I talked tot he lady on the phone named April after some coaxing she told me the job was a salary position and would earn anywhere from 25,000 to $40,000 a year which did not include commision. The job would entail everyday office work and opening and closing the building. She then asked was I available for an interview today at 12:00 the same day. She had only first called me that day at 10:30 which was very little notice, especialy since she said to dress professional. This should have been a huge sign to me but I thought maybe they needed someone right away as she asked me in the conversation if I was available imediately. I looked up the name of the company FSM wholesale and found nothing on them bad or good so I went to the interview.  When I reached there there part of the building at the Airport Commercial Center business complex at 3801 McKelvey Road in bridgeton missouri had not name or marking of any kind on the glass door. All there neigbors in the complex however  had their company names posted in plain view. I walked in to the unmarked entryway to find a door sait said only 102 on it  slightly ajar and a woman sitting that appeard to be dressed for an interview. I walked in and asked if it was FSM Wholesale which a young man in a shirt and tie replied that it was. I fill out a piece of paper and a few minutes later had my interview with the young man named Justin. During the interview he told me that the company was a fragrance distribution company and that they were given 10 million dollars to open up new offices and that I would a manager there earning a guaranteed $36,499 a year and manager 10 teenage employees. There was a 60-90 day training period which I thought was way too long to just open and close a n office and do paperwork/phone calls. He asked me only two questions. What are three words that describe me and was I interested in a career. The whole interview took about ten minutes and that was only because I had to  force him to answer my questions like was the trainining paid and how much. He answered yes anywhere from $200-$400 and all I had to do was show up 9-5 everyday with a notebook and pen. When I left he gave me a number to call and was supposed to call him at 3:30 to find out if I was selected for a second interview a two days later where they supposively answered question on benefits. When I got home I dug a little deeper and came across a warning about them at the Better Business Bureau for the same address and other alliases of the company. These people wasted about two hours of my time and gas since I had to get ready and also drive there You can read it for yourself and see how bad they are. the following is the link of the article I found by the BBB
