FTD blatant product quality ripoff Internet

I ordered a beautiful flower arrangement online through FTD for my mother for mother's day. When my mother received the arrangement,almost all of the flowers were dried out and falling off of the stems! And some of them were rotten on the bottom in the vase! Imagine how my mother must have felt getting dead flowers for mother's day!
I realize that things aren't always going to turn out perfect, but it is incredibly obvious that these flowers should have been thrown away at the florist and never sent to somebody. FTD has a money back guarantee, so we'll see if I get my money back! But this is not about the money! It's about the FTD guarantee that the flowers will last 7 days after delivery.
This was the first and last time I will ever use FTD, I usually use another company, but just wanted to try something different. Mistake!
