Fun For Life Club International This whole company is a big scam, what they tell you at presentation it's not even close what you are getting, they lie, they are never available, every single person tells you different things, they say you can cancel within 10 days and you will get your money back, that's a lie because you are not getting back anything. My fiance and I attended one of their presentations on sunday June 24. 2007 at 2:15. I didn't know what was all about until they take you to this huge room where they have about 10-15 tables with paper and calculator on it.I thought this is weird the guy on the phone said there is no selling no obligation or any signature required and also they call you to tell you that you won one of the 5 prices and you only have to come to the presentation which is about 20 minutes long bring 2 pieces of identification to claim your price and that's it.Presentation was long about hour and a half we had to reschedule all other appointments that we had on that day.

Now this big room was filled with music in the background which was going on my nerves because every now and then one of them would come and play with the volume up and down, up and down.. Anoying... Disstracting.. they wouldn't leave you alone for a second, they don't give you a time to think to talk to your partner or even when we went out for a cigarette one their sale reps would follow you and again listen to your conversation.

What they tell you at the presentation it's not even close what you are getting,of course you don't know that until you sign the contract. We've been told that we will be getting 70% off on all travel services including all inclusive, flights, cottages etc. That all prices include taxes so pretty much what you see that what you are paying for. That all inclusive packages with flight, food, beverages, accomodation for one week is no more than $700 again including the tax and we specifically asked is it canadian dollar the Gorge(sales rep) said yes,all prices are in canadian dollars, when you ask them how's that possible their answer is because we are wholesale and that's when you are getting 70%.That's a lie every single price is in USD.We are thinking Ok it makes sense. Now you can either sell it to somebody or keep it for yourself. We asked them how about paying? Joel was the guy we were talking to and he said you can sign up for pay pal its easy it's quick etc.No problems whatsoever or cash, they would give you a website so if you have a client they can go and see the deals you are having. You have to pay web site maintains $99 USD

When we came home I went on their web site they provide you with the user name and password after signing up for the membership that we paid $5,840.65 and I tried to search for the flights only no deals whatsoever, nothing what I was told at the presentation, then I went to check out those all inclusive the price was Ok but without flight, that's not what we were told either,I checked exitnow.ca,expedia.ca etc. they had better deals that what this company offers. There is no 70% off,no discounts, no best air fare available guaranteed what they tell you at presentation. There are no benefits to me whatsoever. Then what exactly I paid for?
We decided to go on monday to their office just to ask them some questions. We had their sheet with operation hours Mon-Fri 8:30 AM - 6:00PM

The receptionist said they are closed on monday we said but it's say you are open she said no monday and thrusday we are closed something like summer hours.Hmmm we said ok fine can we come tomorrow to talk to Zarko(sales rep) she said sure I will leave a message for him and he will call you tomorrow. Now Tuesday, we called them in the morning couple of times answering machine is active 24/7 I would say, there is no live person that you can talk to unless you go directly there. That's what we did.Again receptionist said that Zarko is in the meeting and he can't take us today. We requested to see somebody today and Ursula tried to answer some of our questions saying that we have to make an appointment with Zarko because that's not her department. Now we already spent 2 days in a row for nothing, she said he can take us on friday we refused and said we want it as soon as possible she said Wednesday 3:30 Pm.We wen there again, met couple of other people coming because of same reason,to cancel this because it's a scam and lie. After finally meeting with the Zarko,we asked them about flights and all inclusive,he said that its up to 30% off depend on the season and that whoever told us that all inclusive includes tax and flight it's not true..That morning my fiance and I sent the registered letter of cancellation to them but we still went in there to see what's going on.After talking to Zarko we requested to speak with Ursula because we wanted to cancel our membership. She gave us this form to fill out saying that we are cancelling our membership and that the money will be returned in 15 days bla bla bla and she asked us for membership agreement which we refused to give. She said we can't cancel unless we give a back that agreement. We left the office thinking we will contact the layer first and see before we give and sign anything if that's their policy that's fine but by law we can just send them a letter of cancellation that's stated in Consumer Protection Act, 2002.We called master card right away to cancel and they said that the money was withdraw by a photography company not a fun for life club international. They said also that they will go after them because there is couple of more complains about the same company. What a scam.

We also contacted ministry of government services and they say that registered letter of cancellation is enough do not give away your membership agreement.
I reported this company to ministry of government services and I also filed the complain to better business bureau because these guys are taking money from people and they are not offering anything, they all have a good story behind them and that's all.We already spent a lots of money and we are willing to spend more if this is going to end.

There is going to be somebody tomorrow with the same problem that a lot of people have with this company, this has to stop.

Please if anybody wants to take some actions because WE DO, please e-mail me at amtec12@hotmail.com
Maybe we are not going to be able to do this alone we will try but with help from other people that share the same problem, maybe we will be able to do something about it.I'm positive.
