so therefore we can legally rip you off.  Blah blah blah.  You know **** well you are ripping people off and are hiding behind your so called documents.  

To to the original poster, there were 16 of us taken in by this scam and we couldn't get a dime back.  We have filed with the BBB, first select travel is a ghost who resurfaces when the heat from the last set of rip offs die down.  Their address goes to a ups store. The travel center and fun time vacations works with several of these ghost companies, and hide behind the stuff they make you sign that you do sign so you can get the trip you thought you bought.  Their fees of 69.00 and 50.00 are small enough to keep them safe in their little LLC, but when you times that by hundreds of people, they got quite the racket indeed.  I can't find a recourse against them, so the best I can do is keep posting to these rip off sites and try to warn others of this scammer.

Because of these negative posts each time we are in contact with a states attorney about issues like this we forward them all the documentation that we have all the clients sign.

Each time there is an over whelming amount of proof that the Travel Center is not doing anything wrong at all and that we go to great lengths to make sure in our disclosures that anyone using our service is aware of all our terms and conditions and what our job is.

Each client has to sign all these documents.

If you read the recent posts I outlined step by step what takes place.

We have also supplied the states attorney with the selling companies information each time they request it.

If anyone  makes a complaint with the states attorney we send them all the signed documentation to insure they have all the correct information, not just the clients side of the story.

Please the person writing this quote go back and read those documents.

If you do you will know why they may not have replied favorably.

Again I am sorry but your issues are with the company you bought from.
