opened account in 2008 setup for electronic payments paid it off once in 2011, 2012 in august got a safeline charges fingerhut got 70.00 of free money in late fees due to new amount due and they didn't take out the minimum amount due so if i was paying 29.00 through out the year and safeline made charges so new amount of 35.00 would be due nope couldn't do that it stayed a 29.00 plus 35.00 late fees. samething happen in 2013 accept this time i paid 90.00 in free money. my bill never went down, it started to go up. i closed the account and will not ever go back.
