Funtonia Refund after immediate notification. within and hour Internet

I was looking for a site that would download ringtones to my phone. When I was able to get into the site, I realized only then, that it was for "MP3" players, you could not tell until you got into the site. I notified Funtonia immediately and requested to discontinue.. I received automated letters back stating they could not do that. I have returned letters stating that I wanted to discontinue.. it will provide me with something I could not use...they did down load an introductory answering message on my phone that is annoying and not anything that I requested. I am not a person that can use Funtonia.. I have requested out..with many responses stating I could not opt out.. This all transpired within one hour...once I found out it was not usable for my phone, I wrote them and told them that..the letters continue.This is not right. Ripp off..!!
