Standsandmounts ripoff Charges excessive restocking fees to avoid returns Wildwood Missouri

I ordered a bride for an entertainment center from this company. When I received it I did not get what the on line pictures had portrayed it to be. There was a lip in the part that made it unusuable with my current entertainment center. I would not be able to open the glass doors because of an over hanging lip on the bridge.

I started the process to return the item. I found the company to be very difficult to return to. But none the less I did make the return.

The purchase price of this bridge was 94.00

I paid $32.45 to ship the item back to stands and mounts and then they charged me $32.60 to restock the item.
The total amount cost $65.05 for nothing. I only saved $28.95 from the original cost of $94.00 and I have nothing to show for the $65.05 costs.

Do not do business with this on line company if you cannot afford to lose a lot of money if the product is not what it is told to be.
