On feb. 18 I ordered a bedroom set from furniture usa. I put a deposit of $1443. Well low and behold after 6 months of all kind of excuses, the company didn't get their lumber delivery, or their on vacation, or too many orders had to be filled by vaughn and they can,t keep up. I feel this northerner got snookered by one smart southern medicine salesman. I will never trust online ordering ever again. I hope they can live with their lies and deceit. Needless to say I am one sad lady right about now I hope they get theirs.

The web address (www.furnitureusa.com) was purchased by an upstanding company in Sacramento, CA by the same name. We have a clean record with all agencies, as well as a strong commitment to customer service. If you search for furnitureusa.com online and check the review websites you will see hundreds of positive customer reviews on the current Furniture USA.
Please do not judge us by the mistakes of a company we have no affiliation with, and has been out of business for years. We are working hard to earn your business and keep our customers happy.
