Fusion Labs Trim Fusion They will not refund my money after I returned the product ! Dover, Delaware

When I recieved the "Free" Trial offer I was first taken back by the fact that the packets of the product were just thrown into a bubble package and sent without any Instructions or information about the product. This was my first indication of how un-professional this company was. I then tried to contact Trim Fusion to cancel any further orders useing the phone numbers listed in there advertising but None of the numbers worked. I found a phone number in a blog here on Rippoff report and was able to contact a fellow named Tyler. By this time my credit card had been deducted $60.00 and more of the product was sent to me and I advised Tyler that I'm sending it back and wish to have my credit card charges revearsed as I did Not order the product and also advised him that None of the phone numbers listed worked! He advised me that as soon as they recieve the package they would refund my money.Another call to him several weeks later he indicated that they had not recieved the package. Another call a few weeks later he advised that they did recieve the package and that my credit card charges had been revearse and payment was made. I called him back after reviewing my credit card statement's and told him that the payment was not payed. He told me that I was mistaken and that the payment was made. I decided to wait to see my next month's statement to see if it was paid and still nothing. I tried to call Tyler once again but it went straight to voicemail that indicated the phone service no longer was in service and gave an e-mail address to contact. I have sent several e-mail's to that address and have had No response from them. I don't know what to do now other than hope that a Class action suit will be launched against this company. If there is, I would like to be involved. This company is a Scam and should be stopped !!
