Future Fitness refusing to accept cancellation of my no-commitment contract Cherry Hill New Jersey

A health club known as Future Fitness Centers, has been refusing to accept cancellation of my no-commitment contract.

I have gone to Future Fitness Centers' locations on several occasions in an attempt to cancel my membership.  Future Fitness Centers gave me the runaround and refused to accept my cancellation.  Each time, I was told that someone would call me back to assist with my cancellation, but such follow-up calls were not made.

I continued going to Future Fitness Centers' locations to try to cancel because of the lack of responsiveness of Future Fitness Centers' personnel.  When I called Future Fitness Centers, I got the same runaround and refusal to accept my cancellation.

Future Fitness Centers attempted to mislead my bank by setting forth an incomplete listing of my cancellation visits to Future Fitness Centers.  Moreover, Future Fitness Centers attempted to mislead my bank by claiming that two of my cancellation visits constituted use of their facilities.  Future Fitness Centers attempted to mislead my bank by claiming that subsequently someone tried to call me, yet Future Fitness Centers has persisted in its refusal to accept my cancellation.

Future Fitness Centers attempted to defraud its customers, and my bank, by falsely declaring that weekend cancellations may be arranged by appointment.  Future Fitness Centers attempted to defaud my bank by falsely alleging, per correspondence, that "Mr. so-and-so has not cancelled his membership."

Future Fitness Centers had claimed I was enrolling in a no-commitment contract, but now maintains that Future Fitness Centers may continue billing me if they refuse to accept my cancellation
