Whole Futurism Company’s staff is full of CEO's relatives...

Company is fully unprofessional and too much personal... YES.. they want you to be PERSONAL not Professional.. if you are very professional then they will not give you good hike or promotions even if you are providing them the best work!

Every senior Male in this company is flirts and desperate for girls... SO GIRLS... BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY...

Apart from all these...

Whoever joins this company... either he/she is fresher or experienced candidate...

He/she will suffer at last... 

Ask those employees who worked there...

Nobody will give you positive feedback... every feedback will surely be negative...

If joiner is a girl then you'll get the great experience... includes sexual harassment

They are hiring freshers at very low salary scale... and when he/she wants to leave the company they require paying those 50000 for the company bond and two months’ salary!!!

If you don’t pay them then they will not give you reliving letters... This is the necessary document which you need in your future!!??

If someone experienced candidate joins this company then he/she will suffer with the salary pay scale...

Futurism Technologies Company is looking very good from outside... But when you join this company then you will see what is happening inside...

When u entered in futurism technologies as an employee, u had asked to sign the bong of 50, 000INR.
But its not a 50000 bond but 50000 + 4 months salary if u want to leave without notice period.
Or else 50000 + 2 months notice period.

When u will give official resignation mail to HR, you will not get the salary unto last day of ur notice period. And at that time HR will show you your bond n will say to pay 50000.

Now if u want to leave without paying 50000, u will not get the papers as Feedback form, reliving later, n experience later. Though you have worked for more than 1 n half year.
and the HR will not tell you the amount to pay until u complete the notice period.

This is my personal experience.

And there are lots of other employees, who have faced this problem.
At that time you will either give up all the things in frustration or pay the amount of bond.
N if u gives up n left the company then also, company wins the situation.
Coz u has already worked for 2 months for the free of cost.
