First, I have developed only one new website in the last 12 months as an individual, or as part of a group under Fuzed Services,  I have not done any work dba Brighton Design since 2009.  In the last 12 months I was in a couple car accidents where both my arms were in casts for 3 months.  I received a traumatic brain injury in October 2011 and had both my hips replaced in Dec 2011 and Jan 2012.  Who ever this is - is trying to manipulate this less than reputable reporting company Ripoff Report.com to make claims of work which I was not even capable of doing.  The second indicator would be the address.  I have not lived at or owned this property for four years.  Must have taken the address off of the Brighton Design website which is not printed on  business cards or used for promotion since 2009.  One suspect of this report would be Wayne Bender Fontaine  search this persons name aka Wayne Bender, Wayne Fontaine  who has been on a smear campaigne of me since he was questioned by the police when he robbed another person off of Craigs List and has been impersonating Maury Fontaine of Maury Fontaine Flooring in St. Paul, MN.  If you would like additional information please feel free to contact me:  Sharon Magnuson:  612.701.4413.  One other thing?  This picture is also from 2009 and was used on FaceBook until 2011 and then taken down.  If this was a current client they would have access to my FaceBook pages and current photographs to use.

PERSON POSTING:  please provide the domain name, Please state how much the deposit was.  For readers. this poster says I took a large deposit and when the check cleared took the site down.  It takes  three days for a check to clear.  It takes a couple weeks for even a simple site to be created.  The poster does not state what this website was for.  Why would a family create a custom website when they could much easier and for nothing use FaceBook.  Ask yourself these questions when judging the validity of this posting.  Please also check other reporting agencies who are more through in that the person making claims needs to leave actual contact info and legitimate details.
