FWM Laboratories Ripoff, Scam, Fraud Hollywood Florida

On January 15, 2009 I purchased the Acai Berry Detox diet product for the price of shipping. ( $3.95)

The product was delivered in a timely manner, however I failed to cancel the order before the time alotted.

In February I was charged $83.18 plus some small extra charges making a total of $87.13. Since I had not done what I was supposed to do, I accepted the charge. I called and canceled the order on February 16,2009.

Again in March I was charged $87.13 for the product, when I called this time I was told that I could not get any refunds and that they showed no record of my cancellation. They would record the cancellation now.

April I was charged $87.13 again. I called again and I was told that I had cancelled on February 16, 2009 and I had not received any product since. I spoke with a barely speaking english person who said their name was Aridian Miller and that I should speak with my bank because they had not shipped any product.

I called my bank, they gave me the same information and phone number I already had. I called again. This time what appeared to be the same person only with the name of Chase began to tell me the same thing. I had cancelled on the 16th of February and no more product had been sent. I should speak with my bank. A supervisor was not available, nor was I allowed to speak with the refund department.

They did say that my request would be forwarded to the refund department and I should hear something by e-mail in seven to ten days.

I have since cancelled my bank card, so they can not charge anymore. I have contacted the Attorney General office of Florida. I have also filed with the Better Business Bureau of Florida.

I am not a vindictive person, but enough is enough. How many more innocent people will they take money from and most like me. I can't afford it!!
