These companies have multiple addresses. A phone call yesterday advised me that a trial order of Resveratrol Ultra would be delivered, but it would include a product that I had never heard of. I advised I did not want any charges on my credit card when told they would bill $49.95. I was told that the product may be returned within the trial period. The must have a RMA# to return. They will not accept return to sender. The problem is that you are unable to reach the company. You are put on 20 minute holds only to have a message to leave your name and phone number and you will be called back, no call has come.

I have found addresses in N. Miami Beach, FL, Hollywood FL, Carson City, NV and a billing of .99 cents appeared on my charge card, the phone link on the charge is in Great Britain. There are many complaints on the Complaint Board website. I have filed complaints with the BBB of Northern Nevada and Miami FL. I received a call from the Nevada BBB, I was told that they were being slammed with complaints. This all stemmed from a very credible looking ad linked with a 60 Minutes presentation about the "miracle" of Resveratrol. Sadly, it appears tp be a very large scam. Most people with complaints are getting billed in excess of $90. and cannot obtain the RMA.

I bumped into your report. I had the same experience. The worst thing about mine was that my account was billed thrice. I researched for the right no. to call. I got this one 866-949-0138. Call now. They won't put you on hold for the longest time. Dependable operators, for sure.
