Mark Francis and Marcia Young of FYI-CSI, LLC aka Francis Young International are scammers! They lied to the public scamming unsuspecting teachers like me that they had permits sanctioned by the US government to attend a Special Education conference in Cuba. When we contacted the US Department of Treasury, we found out he had no license to have a special education conference. Also, in Cuba, Mark Francis kept buying me more and more drinks. He couldn't keep his hands off of me.

This report has been filed by a person that does not exist. Or at least the name filed with it does not. There is a person that has attempted to sue our company and has been cited and fined by the courts for their llies and tying up the courts time. The educational trip was almost three years ago. The 60 people that attended had a great time, shared some amazing educational research and discovered a beautiful country.
The bogus lawsuit has costed by insurance carrier thousands. We continued to be harrassed by this person and the courts continue to warn them about this. There is a restraining order againt this person now, which is why they use phony names. The State Police are also investigating this person for a phony blackmail attempt.
It's too bad this site allows anyone to submit stories without checking them out to verify.
