On or about May 2011, I received an email by G.Paul Fitzgibbons which stated that they work with homeowners to modify their properties with lenders. Mr. Fitzgibbons requested copies of my Deed of Trust and Promissory Note and stated that there was currently an existing lawsuit against my lender.
Another address on the email showed as 2082 Business Center Drive #175, Irvine, CA 92612.
I forwarded copies of the Deed of Trust and Promissory Note for 4 or more properties and never heard back from Mr. Fitzgibbons even after leaving serveral telephone messages.
Since May 2011, I have had a 60% vacancy rate and a 100% of tenants vacated my property which is used as my secondary income after I losed my job in July 2011.
I would like someone to contact me as to what is the next step to take against this person.

I know where he lives, he is a renter at one of my rentals, does not pay rent or bills, is trying to con me of months of free rent,he use to be a mortgage consultant, or a supervisor of some sort in the newport beach area or costa mesa, irvine, contact me , he owes me thousands...
