A medical sales person took a order from me over the telephone by taking my credit card info. I called the clinic a week later and ask the medical personel if my order had arrived at there clinic so I could come by and pick up the order I had previously paid for over the telephone with a credit card a week ago. I called in advance because the clinic is a 40 minute drive from my home.        

The medical personel told me yes I may come and pick up my order. When I arrived I was told by a different rep that my order was not there. I told him I made the order a week ago . The rep search the clinic and asked serval other medical reps about my order. About 30 minutes later he came back and rudely and  ungraciously told me I was a liar and to prove I had make a telephone order.              

I had to call the bank and wait on hold for 40 minutes for the bank to tell me my card was not charge. Apparently the cleck that took my telephone order never even processed my order after taking down my credit card info. I called back the next day to make a second attemp to place another order even after the painful customer service. The rep answered the phone and took half of my order and said he was busy and will call me back later but he never called me back.   

I called back the following day and asked to speak to the Manager. The Manager was a nasty nice guy. I asked him if he could give me a discount as a result of this very disenchanting experience. He said no in a bad tone and stated that he could only give me 1 extra dose. I asked him for the Clinic Owners name and number so I could contact them and the answer was a rude no. But I will google them and get the info and post serveral complaints with various angencies.
