On November 11 2018 I paid this company to send a box to Colombia but the box never got the Colombia, it never left the US On November 11 2018 I paid this company to send a box to Colombia but the box never got the Colombia. In fact it never left the US.
I spoke to them but they said they did not know what happened. I called customs in colombia and the box never arrived. The box contained clothes, shoes, hand bags which I were to give my family in christmas.
The company provided me with a tracking number IBE2200024768. The company's phone number is 305.621.3376. The value of the stolen merchandise is $450.
