Gallerie Concorde, Harold Sendel, Peter Mcmahon Gallerie Concorde continues to mimic chop shop Quebec Canada

I see that I am one of many that have been swindled by Gallerie Concorde. I got a "cold call" in 2000 from a Nancy Harrison with the sales pitch about art. I decided to go ahead and buy some Peter Max pieces with the promise that this would be a short term investment and I would see a quick return and could then expand my portfolio. I later bought another piece from Leroy Neimann.

After about a year I received a call from Peter Mcmahon who gave me a ridiculous story about my account and how I could be a huge player. He said that he had been assigned my account b/c Nancy had a death in the family and no longer was working with them. I let him talk his sales pitch for a couple of weeks and then I told him that I would not buy another piece until he showed me a return on my previous purchases.

He became very agitated, told me I wasted his time and money, and said that I could sell these myself if I wanted a return!!!! He also said that I "didn't know my --- from a hole in the ground."

I demanded to have another broker and Harold Sendel contacted me. I do not speak much to them anymore because they say that all 3 pieces are at #1 spot and can sell anyday (this has been the case for the last 4 years.) I would love to join in on lawsuit against this disgusting joke of a business.

The funny thing is when I contact other galleries for help, the say that unfortunately they are familiar with my situation and are very sorry! How is this company allowed to stay operable or do they run out of a garage. Have you ever seen the movie "Boiler Room." It can be renamed "Gallerie Concorde."
