Gallery Bistro Owner is a con-man and very dishonest...... Decatur Georgia

There was a reception held at his establishment and he was very nasty to the coordinator and the caterer and her staff. There was a section in the room where the reception was held that he would not allow anyone to sit in even the the bride and groom paid for the whole area. He has pictures on the floor that he would not move so that guest could sit down. Instead he covered them with a black cloth. There was not enough seats so he proceeded to get on the microphone and say to the wedding guests, "If there are any empty seats next to you raise your hand so these people can sit down." I find that to be very rude. He told the bride and groom at the last minute that they could not bring any brings unless they paid an addition $125 and if they wanted drinks from him it is $1.00 for a small cup of juice and $3.00 for a 16.9 oz bottle of Nestle water.
When we we to look at the place he said that we could use the place until and when the coordinator got there he told her that the reception had to be over by 10 pm. The wedding started at 5 at the church and the reception started around 6:30 or so.
He would not allow us to decorate the place accordingly to have it look as a wedding reception. Every little thing we did he was right there behind us stating that we could not do this or that we could not do that.
When the caterer got there at 2 to start setting up she told them that they were not to be there until 6 even though he told the coordinator we could come in as early as 2. He woud not turn the AC or the fans on in the building once the guests started arriving. He stated that he was not giving Georgia Power anymore money then he has to.
The bride and groom requested to have christian music playing and he was playing whatever he wanted. He is very unprofessional and is ripping people off that us his venue.
