Gameservers.com Unreliable Servers Daily Power Outages 24+ Hour Unanswered Support Tickets Matawan New Jersey

I started hosting two Unturned servers and TeamSpeak3 server with Gameservers.com a month ago. It has been the most frustrating experience I've had with a hosting service. Daily server farm power outages, lag spikes every 30-40 minutes that kick all players off the servers, server crashes multiple times, and support tickets go unanswered for a average of 18hrs. On multiple occasions, support tickets went unanswered for 24+ hrs, while the game server is down.

Unlike the majority of hosting companies that guarantee 99.9% uptime, Gameservers.com refuses to refund me for server downtime.  It's money down the drain and lost server ranking in the Unturned community.  Yesterday I transferred all server files to a new hosting service and refuse to bring future business to gameservers.com.  My service with gameservers.com is active until the 27th of Feburary, and the other two until March 7th.   I have already notified them and requested a refund again for server downtime and the remaining period the servers will be up and told no.
