GameTag Bought account for about 300.00 USD and have not recieved it or a refund. Miami Florida

 I purchased an account from gametag about one month ago. First they tolded me that they did not have the account that I puchased, which is weird because how can you sell whats not yours. The made me an offer to buy another account instead. I sent them three emails about two weeks ago that I was not interest and would like a refund if they could not get my account in three days. It has been three weeks and I have not received either a refund or the account or any information conerning it.
