First of all let me clearly say that nothing has happened to my account. It has not been touched, nothing deleted or anything of the sort. However, I decided to write this report because I can not believe how long it takes this company to process requests and move them along which is making me feel a bit unsafe.  So on August 1st 2013 I decided to try to sell my account to this company, they said they were prepared to offer me $600 which was just a good amount and exactly the price I was asking (i spent over 2,000 dollars on the game, i was just cutting my loses). One of my friends said it was a scam and it didn't work but here i come, college student needing money for books, and sell my Darkorbit account. Well, it has been 10 days since i've heard anything from them. I sent them a very nice email asking them to please look into my account or give me any updates on the 6th of August but have not heard back from them. Now let me just clear that statement up a little bit. I've read here that in order to get "fast replies" or any reply for that matter is to email them at VIP@Gametag.com which i did, but like i've said no reply (i checked spam and trash inboxes). I tried posting a comment on their facebook page but my comment never appears on the wall which i found to be very fishy to say the least. Every day I log into their website and check the status but nothing changes. I read that they take a very long time to process accounts but with the stuff i've read here on ripoffreports.com i just don't want to become another victim of months on end of waiting and fighting with them. I am just a customer who just wants a legit transaction, I am not accusing the company of anything.

I promised to comeback here and while I doubt at this point anyone reads posts here, I will say that I was paid.

 

The conflict as I stated in my last update was due to the username. They had to actually research and download an extension add on to their web browser so they could insert the Greek Language Username. Once they were finally able to login and confirm, payment was issued almost immediately afterwards.

 

As I said, I wasn't accusing them of anything, and now knowing that my complex username was the real reason for the delays, I regret posting this.

As promised here i am as soon as i recieved an update as well. The gametag support team contacted me and told me my account was on hold because i submitted the wrong username. I have responded to their email with the required information and i'm currently waiting for further action. Again, I will be back with any and all updates.
