Gander RV and Outdoors Camping World Gander RV and Outdoors Rothschild Sold a Faulty RV and refuses to do anything about it Rothschild WI

We bought a used 2015 Fifth-wheel towards the end of October 2020. We were aware this is a used camper and weren’t expecting brand new. We noticed water damaged on the slide out, and few other issues, which we asked to be fixed, Jimmi our sales guy was all for it. Said everything will be fixed and ready to go when we pick up. The few cosmetic issues we brought up were fixed, we could see that. So we pick up the camper and take it home, winterize it and store it away for the winter. Come spring/summer we pull the camper out, turns out our water damage was never fixed, refrigerator isn’t working right, hot water doesn’t work in the shower, black stuff is coming out of the faucets.. the list goes on.

We reach out to corporate, turns out Jimmi never even wrote anything down we wanted fixed, never told the shop of the water damage, told us everything just to get the sale! Now we’re being told that there is SIX pages of things wrong with this camper, which we were NEVER shown and this camper was supposed to be sold as is. We were told there was a form that we would have signed saying sold as is. We do not have a signed form showing this camper was sold as is. We would have NEVER bought this camper as-is. We specifically asked for specific things to be fixed, buying it toward the end of camping season made it impossible to find out what was fixed and what was not.

We will be telling everyone we know not to shop Gander RV and Camping world, as it seems like we are not the only one with bad results from this company.
