Garcinatural Supremia Scam: free anti-aging cream, shipping charge only 4.99, after unknown "one week trial" account charged 89.99 California Internet

I saw an add on Facebook for Supremia anti-aging cream. Placed an order for the free sample and paid for the 4.99 shipping fee. I reviewed my credit card bill and recently found a charge for 4.99 for the cream and another charge for 89.99 that I was charged for "enrolling" in continous shipments that I knew nothing about. I called the Supremia company which I found the number on the credit card statement. A foreign speaking woman told me I could cancel but would not receive a refund, only a "voucher" for $100.00 that I did not receive. She said I received the info on the refund/return policy via email upon purchase, which I did not receive, only a confirmation of purchase of $4.99. The trial period was supposedly for one week after receiveing the product, which it took about 10 days to receive and had not even used the product a week before my account was charged $89.99.
