Garry Vacuum, LLC RIPOFF WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, NO PRODUCT Van Nuys, California

I purchased and paid for their vacuum on the 10th of January and was told that I would receive my item within 7 days.  On the 22nd after not receiving the sweeper, I contacted them to find out why.  I was told it shipped on the 21st and when I asked for a delivery confirmation # they told me that they could not give it to me as it had not updated in their system and I would need to call back the next day to get it.  This I did, and when they gave it to me, it stated on the USPS website that no record was found or invalid number.  I called back and was yelled "THAT IS THE NUMBER".  At that point I asked them to cancel my order.  I was told I could not do that as it already had shipped.  They said I could refuse the package and get a refund.  When I asked them how long it would take to get a refund, they said approximately 6 weeks after it was returned.  Now I am not stupid, but am thinking I can't be the only one that is upset with this crap.  They keep telling me my order has been processed, when actually that just means, they are using MY MONEY while I wait for their product that they supposedly are shipping to me. 

Today I went to the USPS website and it states that the post office was electronically notified TODAY the 29th that they package was ready for shipment, but does not guarantee that it has been received by the post office.  This means that they JUST printed it to be shipped but may or may not have been taken to the post office.  I then called and got MORE lies.  I asked why if it hadn't shipped last week would they not cancel my order.  Again, was told that I could refuse the shipment and they would issue me a refund......... IN 6 WEEKS!!!!!! 

SAVE YOUR TIME AND BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE......... I just went online and purchased a DYSON from AMAZON.  My mother has one and I love it.  Just didn't want to pay as much as I had to for it.   BUY A DYSON or an ORECK!   

IT'S TOO d**n SCARRY TO BUY A GARRY............  Don't waste your time or give them your money.
