Garth Mckeown Plumbing Has an accomplice named Arnold Offered stackable washer/dryer replacement for $1,100 cash, and did not provide a workable washer/dryer, and would not return money and claimed he didn't even know us! Santa Monica California

This plumber was on a recommended list with our home owners association. He stated washer did not drain because we needed a new washer dryer stackable unit. We rent and the owner had used this plumber before.

He offered to replace the unit with a refurbished one for $1,1000, which the owner agreed to and asked us to front the money and take it off the rent. We provided the money and after 3 units we NEVER got one that worked.

One was loud, so loud you had to shout to be heard anywhere in the apartment, and two that did not have a dryer that worked. Some guy named Arnold said "all it needed was a part", and had the guts to ask for $75 to take the non-working unit away.

Do not trust this man in your home!!!!
