I'm reaching out to you in reference to Gary Blumsack and his son Charles Harry Blumsack. I apologize for involving you, but I'm doing so in part as a cautionary tale for you, and part as a plea for help.
A number of years ago, I'd agreed to lend Gary Blumsack $47,000 to save him from losing his home to foreclosure, based on promises he'd made to pay me back within six months, have me list his home for sale, and act as his agent for a new home purchase. As time passed, and Gary began avoiding me, Harry Blumsack, his son became my contact, acting as power of attorney for Gary. Harry made the same promises and assurances as Gary for months and months. For two years, I waited for them to live up to their commitment to me. Then without notifying me, they sold Gary's home with another agent, didn't pay me what he owed me, and bought a new home under Harry's name... using my money. It's been four years now, and neither Gary or Harry have made an effort to pay me back or reach out to me, and neither have responded to my calls or texts in well over a year.
Covid has decimated my business and my husband's businesses. We are struggling, and I want and desperately need my money back now. I'd come to find out that I wasn't the only person that had lent Gary money with similar promises made. So do not lend either of these two money, and if you've had a similar experience with either of them, please let me know, as I am seeking to file a group lawsuit for fraud.
Again, I apologize for involving you in this. But I am desperate. I am angry. I am frustrated. And I am done waiting for them to do the right thing.

Dear Author - thanks for detailing your experience with Gary and Harry Blumsack. Unfortunately, I find myself in a situation with them where they are trying to defraud me. I wish you would have posted this earlier becuase I might not now be in this situation. The similiarities are simliar in that Gary goes dark and then passes the toch to Harry as power of attorney.
