Gary S. Kleinman is a convicted felon who now has continued to con money from people and not pay them.
US COURT OF APPEALS
NO.09-1942 EASTERN DISTRICT OF ARKANSAS
Gary Kleinman (collectively, the defendants) each pled guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371. The district court2 sentenced Rund to 18 months imprisonment, Statman to 33 months imprisonment, and Kleinman to probation. The district court also ordered the defendants to make restitution, jointly and severally, in the amount of $1,740,073.51. Rund and Statman appeal their sentences. Rund also appeals the district court’s restitution order. We affirm.
Joel Rund informed that Kleinman finked out his business associates to avoid prison. He received 3 years of probation and still owes restitution to the State of Arkansas.
Yardstick Partners is a fraud.
Arkansas refers to him as a "Sweet Tooth Fraudster" - numerous articles about his dealings and court proceedings.
He has failed to pay numerous people with a Yardstick Partners company that appears to be disbanded now that he has conned Cinedigm to put up a game type show network. He does not pay talent or employees.

All you have to do is look this old guy up online. He's a felon and sells CBD to young kids on skinz.gg Hopefully, they shut him down.
Looks like his law license was taken away.

As anyone can see this is an anonymous report filed by a vindicative individual without any credibility.
Yardstick Partners is still in business has and will always pay all its bills. No one has not been paid that is true as to staff and vendors.
WHAM Network is a fully distributed digital media network with distribution worldwide. To say it is a scam is absurd. It isn't a 'con', this is just an individual with a vendetta. WHAM can be found on multiple channels around the world include Twitch.tv/Roku/Comcast and others. It isn't a 'game' show Network but a fully distributed 24/7 Network focused on the lifestyle and culture of gaming.
If there were any truth, the individual would present facts and name so that truth can be ascertained. The internet is great, except when someone can without facts defamed and harm someone annonymously. That is what this listing is about.
