Joey and John filed false information on the ripoffreport to strike back at Dr. Gary Steward, perhaps their former boss. They broke the trust of the American People, and used you, the American Consumer as a pawn in their personal media war against the practice. Consumers who have use and trust ripoffreport, for accurate information reporting have been deceived by lies, deception and an elaborate false propaganda campaign in the style of the old Chinese, Russian, and Communist cold war governments.

You see, the person posing as John and Joey is very Internet and electronic savvy, going as far as setting up fake email accounts to register their reports here on this fine site.

Here's some proof to substantiate my claims.

Joey said he had a bad root canal. Joey sounds very young to be an expert on root canals, must be 18 to 25 based on the poor grammar in his story, yet knew alot about dentistry to describe the problem. In addition, Joey's must not of been able to afford dental insurance, because his insurance company, which probably handles up to 50 million Americans, would of been a better judge of a poor root canal, and would not of paid for poor service. So that makes Joey either illiterate, a fake claim or an outright lie. He was given a perscription for pain pills that day, guess he thought he didn't need them.

1. Many other well-respected doctors work at the practice, and have their lives and reputation at stake. They spend 12 years of their life in medical school before during any surgery on their own. If something were to truly happen, these doctors would have a very difficult time going to another practice to work.

This is the standard procedure, description and rules for all root canals done in America follow below.

2. Root canals (endodontics) are the primary treatment method for infections of the nerve tissue (pulp) inside a tooth. Advances in the technology and procedures associated with root canal therapy have made the success rate of root canals done today, about 95% successful.

Years ago infected teeth were routinely extracted, but now general dentists and endodontists (root canal specialist) make every reasonable effort to save these infected teeth instead of pulling them.

If the root canal is not successful, then the entire tooth will be removed, and replaced with a substitute.

We will treat any discomfort or infection you are having. Often you will be given a prescription for both antibiotics and painkillers for several days before the root canal is done.

At the root canal appointment you will usually be given a local anesthetic, and the nerve tissue will be carefully removed from inside the tooth.

Instrumenting of the canals will be done to shape and enlarge them, and then usually the canals are filled and sealed with gutta percha (root canal filling material) that same day. A Temporary filling is then placed in the crown portion of the tooth where the decay or old filling or crown was removed.

You are then given an appointment as you check-out, after the root canal is done, by the appointment desk to come back as soon as possible for a crown which is usually required to restore the tooth completely.

The Pain Killer is very strong, it last for several hours after the procedure. Joey's mom must not of followed the doctors instructions for care after the procedure.

It's a shame Joey didn't try harder to make his root canal a success, but then, he doesn't exist, he not a real person. It's a made up lie. Any Intelligent person will an education will be able to figure this one out.
