gary James and his partner, Jeffrey Powell (based in Pennsylvania USA) has a ”Chinese buyer” of Russian Fuel oil from Patrick Waldron of US Fuel & Energy representing a purported Russian seller. my $175,000 was apparently needed to pay the storage fees to release the oil to the tanker .... there was no oil and no tanker.
these 3 individuals pulled the same scam 6 weeks earlier for $150,000 on a Mr Sonny An based in California. i received a default judgement against all 3 from the Superior court of Putnam County in the amount of $213,988.73 in June 2017. Jeff Powell,has spent 30 days in jail. Patrick Waldron is a professional scam artist with a 4 page rap sheet. Gary James, based in Hong Kong has told me to go “F$%k myself”......
