Gator Steel Buildings Ripped Off $10K + from Danny Tyson Gator Steel Buildings Internet, Internet

Gator Steel Buildings is owned by Danny Tyson that used to own a business called Calco Steel Buildings located in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  Unfortunately my husband and I used Calco Steel Buildings in April of 2006 only to be ripped off $10,200 from Danny Tyson himself.  We paid Danny Tyson $12k up front (dumb on our part) only to receive nothing!!!!!!!  We received footings that couldn't pass inspection and then Danny Tyson skipped town.  I have all records of the original contract as well as pictures of what was done (which was footings only) and copies of cashed checks from us to Danny Tyson.  We have only received $1,800 back of the $12k forked out.  We have been hounding Danny Tyson off and on for years to try and get the money that is owed to us only to be told by him to stop harassing him as if he is the victem. 

 This will come to a head someday as I am finding out that my husband and I are not the only ones that have been ripped off.  Danny Tyson will continue to get negative reviews by his own lack of decency as a human being.  Even if we never get our money back the least I can do is tell people what type of person Danny Tyson is, a theaf to be exact.....Hope this helps all future consumers on what company not to use...Do not use Gator Steel Buildings.  You will be ripped off.
