Gazelle - Second Rotation electronics, recycling Internet

I sent Gazelle aka Second Rotation a like-new Blackberry Curve 8900 aroung November 15, 2009 they notified me via email that the phone passed inspection and I would be receiving a walmart visa gift card within 3-5 business days . After about a week or so i contacted Gazelle via their chat service to inquire about the payment and I was told by one rep it was processed on November 27, by November payment was still not showing so I contacted the company again and I was told that it would be processed at close of business November 30. Well needless to say the payment is still "pending", so I called on Dec 1 and spoke with a "manager" by the name of Ananda who assured me that the payment would definitely post no late than close of business on December 1. Ha! the payment still shows as pending and when I asked Ananda if they could just send my phone back she said that wasn't an option. So here I am 2 weeks later , no phone no Walmart Visa gift card and very , very upset. According to Ananda the payment still hasn't processed even after she gave me her word that it would be processed no later than Dec 1. This company is  a scam, I probably will never get my money on Visa gift card but trust me I plan on getting my money and it may just cost Gazelle more than $165.00. Do not use this company , sell on ebay , i should've just sold it on ebay anyways, i wouldve gotten more I was just looking to avoid the hassle of ebay. If you google Gazelle scam you will see other dissatisfied customers. I will contact my attorney general and maybe even Wally world since they are affliated with Gazelle.
