I have been call Corp manager (Chad Johnson) and never received a return call. Instead he call my manger (Jared DiResi) who the next day come to me unprofessional, ask me did Chad call me yet.  then to say this is what happens when you go over peoples heads. They start looking in my file.   Then a matter happen and they terminated on my day off.  After not even a full day to investigate the matter.

How they deal with complaints, they have a meeting without you. Then they tell you what you did because you was accused, without being able to face my accuser.

Then knowing that i'm a breast cancer patient, they take action after 2 months to stop my unemployment and to preacher himself with false accusation.

My supervisor (Eddie Grullon) When I got the results of my biopsy he said that i should just go on disability away.  Basically this way I don't have to deal with you anymore. very unprofessional and very disrespectful. I was out sick for 2 days and he called me as i was working and tell me that I need a doctors note immediately (punch out right now & go get one) it's 3 days before you need a doctors note.  This was right after I had passed out on the job and had EMS take me to hospital. When campus police called the office to let them know. no one answered and i had left the hospital (hour after) before anyone called to find out what happen.

The truth was told, they get rid of the good workers, so they can hire others that will take less pay. It's straight up dissemination in our face.  The tell people of some races, not hiring, soon after their type of people will be allowed to fill out a application. Also given the overtime. (comp-day) so they don't have to pay you overtime pay

Sometime they just was happy when i did my job and took care of other matters that needed to be done.  Because the Kean faculty would call me do to work order not being handle by management

GCA took on this contract without utilizing the employees that could have assisted them in how to work the campus.  Also they never train us on the GCA way of doing the job efficiently.  They alway ran out of supplies.
