GD Performance Heath USA LLC they have sent products i have not asked for and have billed my credit card for large amounts Salt Lake City Utah

Performance Health USA has sent products i have not asked for. They have billed my credit card for these products even though I have not asked for the products. I have noticed over the last two months they have bill me for more money than what I have recieved as products. Also this company is going by other names then just Performance Heath the other names are Performance Life and Broomfield. I have tried to contact this company the phone number they have given to the credit company is not no long working. Also they do not have a an email address.

We look at it as a great opportunity for us to share our vision and see it only as a positive. We understand your issue and acknowledge there have been others who have shared your same frustration.
