G E MONEY BANK @ Walmart prepaid debit card froze my card with 1847.00 dollars remaining on it. I have called them daily and sent every document they ask for and still my money is just there,i cant touch it.2011 federal tax refund. at 1st they told me the IRS froze my card,the next day i called them back and told them id spoke with the IRS and that wasn't true, 5 days later and still nothing. My bills remain unpaid and they dont seem to care...does anyone have any suggestions on what to do? thank you...
