On May 18,2015, I ordered a special order veterans coffee mug as a gift for father's day. Item was delivered on time, but when gift was opened the handle was broken into 4 pieces.

I have sent 4 seperate emails to gearbubble and have received no reply. They only give email address' to contact them. They have two regular mail addresses, one they shipped item from, which I have included in this report, and one for documents only.
