They seem very comfortable breaking rules of good business practice.
They broke all the following with my first order.
They did not notify that the item was not in stock. They took payment for item long before they set up to ship. They have carefully and intentionally disguised that they are a foreign enterprise. They fail to disclose that it will take as foreign an extra 10-15 days shipping and create costly return shipping! They misinform tht the order will be processed immediately when it is shipped almost two weeks later. They fail to respond to email in a good businesslike fashion. Their site does not even allow you to find their address, location and contact information.

GearBest.com I ordered a coat for my son November 21, 2016 for $39.52. I never received my order. I ordered this product with my childsupport debit card believing that this company is a legitimate company. I contacted Gearbest many many times and I keep getting a message that my order is on back order, and they are processing my order. And give dates when the order will be shipped out, so far those dates are long past by. China Internet
