Took my guitar in to Gearhead Guitar Repair inc and Steev Custer totally botched the work that I wanted done. Returned the guitar broken and unfinished, and then threatened to sue me if I spoke about it in public. He also used generic parts that are very cheap. He ruined my guitar, and has gone around threatening other customers that if they are unsatisfied with his services, that he will attack them in court as well.
Stay away from him. I also read online that he is swapping parts out and replacing them with generic parts without telling the customers so that he could resell Gibson, Fender, PRS, etc parts to customers.
Stay away from this place and take your gear elsewhere.

I have been bringing my guitars to Steev at Gearhead Guitar Repair for the last 18 months. He has always done great work and his prices are outstanding. I am here to tell you that this report is TOTALLY FALSE. Steev would never "swap parts" from a customer's guitar. He has worked on all my guitars: Squier, Epiphone, PRS, etc. Gearhead is always on point.
