This company sent me an email apologizing for a delay in a refund being credited to my account. The refund was to have been credited to my account by Monday May 7th. After not seeing the credit, I called several times and an individual named David was going to take care of the problem. I have sent emails and called and no action has been taken. They owe me $74.85 and this was to have been credited to my VISA credit card.
