They still owe me money as well.  Former Service Manager here.  Technician before that.  Completely unorganized company.  Most of what powered this company was Daniel Matalon's Hubris.  His wife founded the company and after he failed at being a actor, they moved back to Canada and he ran her company into the ground (even told me how Venus had to learn to talk to him).

If they owe you money I'm sorry for you, however I wouldn't give too much hate to Mike, Sandy, etc.  They were just redistributing the lies told to them from Daniel.   He's the same kind of guy who would randomly erase technician orders in order to let Service Managers practice.  (I literally had to tell someone once Someone was scheduled to come to your house tomorrow to fix your computer because you need it for your livelyhood, but we erased this service call so I could practice calling you again.  Hopefully we'll be able to reschedule a tech and you won't lose your job.)
