Since filing suit against GEICO insurance 18 months ago, they have surveiled me constantly. They placed a tracker(s) on my car and track me everywhere I go. I am a single female and it is disturbing that GEICO would allow over 75 different men to surveil me at home, while driving, shopping, eating out and at medical appointments.

I believe my personal safety has been put at risk by GEICO because they do not want to pay for medical treatment I have required due to injuries sustained in the car accident. Instead, GEICO has allowed Medicaid and Medicare (the American Taxpayer) to foot the bill for them. They are ripping off every hard working, tax paying American family who is paying medical bills GEICO insurance is responsible for.

Very dishonest. At this point, there is no other explanation for the continued surveillance other than to harass and intimidate me in the hopes I will drop the lawsuit. I believe I am being unfairly and purposely targeted as a vulnerable woman by GEICO with excessive surveillance by MEN. To make matters worse, I am now physically disabled because of the car accident and do not feel I could defend myself against an attacker.

I believe because I am a female, GEICO has intentionally used the surveillance as a scare tactic. Now large numbers of strange men know where I live, what I drive and that I live alone. Not good. GEICO has essentially sexually harassed me and put me at risk because I filed a lawsuit against them. But if GEICO truly believes they have no liability in this case, then why the massive effort to stop my lawsuit and trial from going forward?

ALL women should seriously consider remaining a customer of GEICO whose business practices and corporate culture is so Anti-Woman. Right now I have one lawsuit against GEICO but once I speak with Gloria Allred about my rights, I believe there will be more.

Where do I begin? First I highly doubt that Geico hired 75 men to tail you as well as putting a tracking device on your car. And please tell me how Geico allowed Medicare and Medicaid to foot your bills. First off makes me think either you are 65 and over and have a monthly income of $2000.00 or less because that is the only way you would qualify for Medicaid. OR you got Medicare because of a disability and Medicaid as well.

Second how is Geico sexually harrassing you? Are they placing cameras in your bedroom and bathroom then blackmailing you with naked photos?? And Third please let me know when Gloria Allred takes your case because she will be making press announcements about this. OH FYI Allred only takes HIGH profile cases so I suggest you use your Medicare and Medicaid to seek psychiatric help. Your report just made Geico's case stronger for denying your lawsuit.

It Has Nothing To Do With Your Gender

Let's assume you are actually being surveilled.  Here's the real problem:

If you sued the insurance company, they have some doubt as to the extent of their injuries.  I am not making a judgment one way or the other, but if they doubts, then they will send 1-2 people to surveil you from a very discreet distance, that you won't notice.  What they won't do is send 75 different men to surveil you; in your case they are more likely to send women since you won't suspect a woman would surveil you.  The cost to send 75 people, regardless of gender is way too high, and they don't need many agents to watch you.

They have not sexually harassed you; they probably haven't even harassed you at this point.  That is simply your fertile imagination.  Geico knew where you lived long before any surveillance was carried out, so there are a lot of people who know where you live.  Gloria Allred isn't going to help you either because an insurance company surveilling you is perfectly legal.

Bottom line:  Insurance companies are allowed to surveil you and determine whether your claim is valid or not.  Cities and states are also allowed to surveil you if you file a disability claim with them; there are so many fraudulent disability claims filed each year by people who are not disabled, so it is in everyone's best interests to weed the fraud out because we the people pay out of pocket for every fraudulent disability claim.  If your claim is valid, then you have nothing to worry about.  If it isn't valid, then you do.
