Gem Shopping Network Deliberate fraudulant delay in return credits Duluth Georgia

Bought a pieceBought a piece of jewelry from GSN and my credit card was charged $ 20,262.00 ($20,000 price of the jewel and the rest for shipping) on 01/18/2009. Returned it to GSN via overnight insured mail on 01/20/2009 have the signed delivery confirmation. The item has since made it back on the GSN TV show for sale. I have not been credited back my money as of 03/30/2009. Have been in contact with customer service almost every week with no luck. Been informed that it will take another 10 days to return credit. Meanwhile the credit card company is charging me interest. GSN keeps telling me the item has not been inspected yet. This is not true - how can GSN resell the item on national TV if it has not been inspected after it was returned. I think they are using the vast sums of money they collect and not return promptly as capital to do business.
