 Please do your homework if you ever come across this man's name...Gary Melchiorre. He has changed company names over and over again in order to cover his tracks after each and every customer he rips off. GEMstar, Starbrand are no longer on the internet; he thinks he can hide by starting a new company name after each rip off.

He demanded final pay before the end of the job....took the money never to be seen or heard from again. He states he will give a 5 yr. warranty on his work, however, you will more than likely never find him again unless you hire someone to run him down.

If you are a single, retired lady, run!!!!  His fees are extremely high, he can't keep workers on the job because he treats them like dirt under his feet and he is never equiped with the tools and equipment he needs. A lot of down time.
