genco marketplace Costco Flatscreen HDTVs Pittsburgh PA

I have purchased a big lot of HDTV's from GencoMarketplace. They advertised this lot as Costco returns, Grade A/B/C's. I sent them funds via wire transfer in the amount of $48,687.44 without hestiation since they are a "big" company.  It took them a good two weeks to finally ship my order and when I got it there were a few high end TV's that were not on the manifest. 40% of them had some kind of problem. Either broken screen, crack in the bezel or does not work. I called Ray Gallagher and explained to him my situation. He asked me to email him back with pictures. I did so and he just totally ignored my email. When I threatened to get my lawyer involved he explained that Genco is a liquidation company and there are no refunds. He offered to sell me another load at a discounted price. He said there is nothing he could do because I purchased this AS-IS and that all sales are final. He then started blaming the damage on the trucking company, etc and how I should deal it with them.

Do not buy from Genco. Do not wire them any money. In the end if there are any problems they will refuse to help you.
